As we often say as an introduction to our new roles: why work for one company when you can influence your entire sector for the better

Our role is a great opportunity for someone with great social media skills and competent content writing ability, ideally already with some relevant workplace experience, to be integral in promoting the credentials of our sector and generating engagement with key stakeholders for our leading UK Trade Association.

As part of the wider Campaigns and Communications team, you will be:
- Promoting the credentials of our sector and Member's products, i.e. concrete, and generating engagement with key stakeholders as part of demonstrating how concrete can be used as part of a net zero and circular economy.
- Generating content and communication assets to promote concrete and masonry as sustainable construction materials of choice, including in the housing market, buildings and infrastructure sectors.
- Delivering marketing and promotional activities, utilising social media platforms and media channels to engage with Members and influence key stakeholders. You will monitor the performance of campaign activity and share data analysis to inform future campaigns.

That is just for starters - this is a varied role where multi-tasking is a prerequisite within a varied and interesting role.

What about you What are we looking for
- A Degree that is directly relevant to this work, and you must have demonstrable excellent copywriting, copy editing and written communication skills.
- Have experience with using social media platforms and campaign development and delivery.
- Knowledge in creating content for websites, features, and digital marketing communications.
- As a preference any experience of marketing to a professional, technical audience would be a plus, as would experience in using content management systems (CMS) like Kentico and similar.
- Be proficient in analysis and reporting, including using tools like Google Analytics.
- Finally, the ability to think strategically and thrive as a self starter within a multi-disciplined and collaborative wider team and across our Association.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING: This is a Full Time and office based role at our Glenfield location. We do offer the opportunity for hybrid working but would prefer the appointee to work from there at least 50% of the time.

Variety may or may not be your middle name, but if that is what you thrive on and you have the credentials to make a contribution to our role, we'd love to hear from you.
