Seeking SEMH Instructor for Bristol Primary School!

Join our team at a progressive primary school in Bristol and seize an incredible opportunity to create an impact! We're currently on the lookout for a motivated and passionate SEMH Teacher to join our dedicated staff at the earliest convenience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing specialized instruction to students with Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) requirements in dedicated classes or groups.
  • Conducting lessons tailored to individual student needs in various environments.
  • Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans and educational resources.
  • Assessing individual student needs and devising customized educational plans.
  • Collaborating with fellow staff members to support student development.
  • Adapting support methods to meet the diverse needs of our students.

What we're seeking:

The school is devoted to crafting personalised development plans for each student, empowering them on their journey toward safety and independence. They aim to instil in their students the ability to understand and advocate for their own needs, supported by an emphasis on outdoor learning and specialized physical development programs. We're searching for a compassionate, patient individual who comprehends the complexities of supporting students with challenging behaviours.
