Location: Swansea

Salary: Up to - £32,000 + Package & Benefits

The Company:

We are working with an incredibly ambitious and established insurance broker who are looking to expand their Account Handling staff within Swansea and the surrounding areas.

This client is looking to grow in the future, and wants like-minded people to come along for the journey within the next steps of their insurance career.

The Role:

The Account Handler is the first point of contact for all client and provider queries and issues as they arise, the client expects the successful candidate to have a good skill set and knowledge to understand what's expected of all parties.

You will have the opportunity to provide office-based support to their assigned Account Executive in the day to day running of the client portfolio, from New Business, MTA and Renewal stages.

Dealing with a range of general commercial policies, with the view to stepping up into an Account Executive role in the future if desired.

The Required Skills:

Acturis experience ideal

Strong communication, relationship management and rapport building skills

Strong technical knowledge on a range of Commercial products

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience working with Commercial Insurance products
