Are you a true leader? Can you inspire teams to give it their all – even when the going gets tough? As a Site Manager at Welcome Break, you’ll oversee all the brand units on site, inspiring Unit Business Managers, and their teams to give exceptional customer service and deliver great business results.

This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted. You’ll need loads of energy and ambition. And you’ll need to be happy making tough decisions to keep things on track. Your experience:

You’ll have an impressive track record as a manager in a multi-branded retail, catering or fast-food environment. You will also need experience leading diverse teams, inspiring them to hit challenging sales and service targets.
