Our Client is looking for a Site Manager to oversee the internal packages on a block of new build apartments close to the city centre. This will involve overseeing all trades from 1st fix to handover.
Duties of this role include:
- Overseeing multiple internal trades subcontractors including joiners, dry liners and decorators
- Ensuring quality of work
- Ensuring Health & Safety is met on site
- Inductions, progress reporting and general Site Manager duties
About you:
- 3 years Site Manager experience
- SMSTS, CSCS
- Experience with Internals packages
- Experience on projects £15m and above
