Client based Recruitment Manager
We are seeking a Site Manager to be based at one of our largest client production sites in Carlisle.
Working as part of a team, reporting to the Area Manager your role will be to supply contract workers to our key client. As part of this, the key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Managing shift bookings & checking in workers for their shifts
* Building relationships with both the workers & the client
* Attending weekly labour meetings
* Providing performance feedback to workers
* Managing (up to 150) worker absences & holidays
* Recruitment and registrations of new workers
* Administration duties including payroll
* Support and Manage Site Consultant team
The successful candidate must be flexible with their working hours to suit business needs.
Between £22,000-£25,000 + Quarterly Bonus Scheme DOE, and a vigorous training programme.
