Job Summary: As a Site Manager for their facade restoration projects, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of restoration projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management: Lead and manage facade restoration projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  2. Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day site activities, including coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring progress, and resolving on-site issues promptly.
  3. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the restoration process, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures as needed.
  4. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  5. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  6. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to site personnel, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive work culture.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and change orders.
  8. Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, track costs against budget allocations, and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site management, preferably in facade restoration or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of restoration techniques, materials, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
