The role:
As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our site. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, overseeing facilities, and supporting various departments to streamline processes and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including employee records, contracts, and correspondence.
- Completing site reporting and timesheets
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing calendars.
- General administration task
- Support HR functions such as onboarding/offboarding procedures and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- MUST have a Safety Passport or EMSS qualification
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
