I am excited to be recruiting a Site Administrator to join a fantastic business in Hampton on a permanent basis. Report to the Project Manager your duties will be as follows:

  • Upload documents to main contractor system

  • QA check documentation

  • Managing Staff & Labour timesheets

  • Issue Purchase Orders

  • Book new starters on to site inductions

  • Assist new starters with induction paperwork

  • Issuing technical plans and instructions or conducting on-site inspections.

  • Preparing documents at each stage of the schedule and checking the quality of the construction work to produce reports.

  • Scanning in of all documents and uploading to our storage portal

  • Ensuring receipt from sub-contractors or required information (plant check sheets, tool box talks, H&S information)

  • Typing of minutes of meetings/letter/general correspondence/reports

Person Specification

  • Experience of team working as well as being able work on their own initiative.

  • Experience within the Construction Industry is preferred but not essential.

  • Excellent typing and computer skills.

  • A good telephone manner.

  • Capable of maintaining site office procedures.

Salary - Circa £20,000
