Salary £23,800 (Expected earnings £31,000) per annum

THE ROLE

Our Lincoln based client is seeking aShowroom Sales Co-ordinator. This role will include providing excellent service to an established customer base as well as growing it. You will be the face of the company, whilst also selling a wide product range over the phone.

The duties of aShowroom Sales Co-ordinatorinclude, but are not limited to:

• To politely meet and greet visitors that come to site for meetings with colleagues
• Develop a strong knowledge of all products and gain the ability to provide technical support
• Consistently exceed and correctly record and track sales budget and all other KPI's
• Chase and close by phone all quotes and opportunities in the area
• Ensure strong customer relationships via telephone to existing customers, upselling where possible
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a high quality customer experience
• Assist with customer complaints
• Keeping the showroom stocked, clean and tidy

THE CANDIDATE

A suitable candidate for the role ofShowroom Sales Co-ordinatorwill ideally possess previous experience in face to face sales and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. As well as the following:

• Good customer service skills
• Experience of using a CRM
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Be sales driven, resourceful and being able to work on their own initiative
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability and willingness to be flexible
