Collaborating closely with our International Operations Manager and Coordinators, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and flawlessly, whether they're around the corner or across the globe.

Dive into the thrill of optimizing shipping strategies, utilizing the latest methods to guarantee timely delivery while keeping costs in check. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting both our Fulfilment warehouse and International Sales teams, crafting shipping solutions and preparing orders with precision and efficiency every day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare Commercial Invoices for International Orders and arrange shipping plans for all types of International outbound routes.
  • Arrange bookings with International Carriers
  • Answer or report queries when requested in a timely manner
  • Report and reject items from Line Supply found to be below Origin standards
  • Pick, pack and prepare the ancillary orders for delivery to Customers.
  • Ensure labelling is accurate on stock in the Fulfilment Warehouse and when dispatching orders to minimise mistakes
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Clear and on time communication with the main warehouse to source materials for dispatch
  • Focus on customers for On Time In Full deliveries
  • Carry out other duties as directed by the job title
  • Follow department KPI's


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Be proficient in MS Office, Outlook and Excel
  • Level 2 certificate in Warehousing and Storage or relevant sector experience
  • Experience within a manufacturing & warehouse environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes, stock management and ideally experience of working with an ERP system
  • Knowledge of shipping paperwork, such as Commercial Invoices, CMRs, AWBs and Bills of Lading
  • Ability to engage with external contractors and agents, understanding the companies responsibility for compliance in both imports and exports
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be flexible and reliable
