An Administrator is required for our client based in Petersfield to work with their friendly and close knit team. Perhaps you are an experienced Administrator or looking for your first job in an office environment.
Our client trades in materials which are sent offshore, you will be responsible for ensuring documentation in regards to shipments (import and export) is completed accurately and on time then forwarded to the correct departments/agents to ensure a smooth transaction for all parties involved. This role will also include some credit control duties and liaising with the bank and the accounts department. You should be highly numerate and not fazed by large numbers but also able to work to deadlines and be detail orientated.
Training will be provided and our client offers free parking.
