Shift Supervisor
Gi group are recruiting on behalf of Butchers Pet food in Crick. We are looking for AM and PM shift supervisor to run a team on a packing line, input data and manage the running of the line. Experience as supervisor or team leader required.
Working Monday to Friday 6 am to 2 pm. AM shift.
Working Monday to Friday 2 pm to 10 pm. PM shift.
Other responsibilities include
* Operating PPT
* Work to set deadlines to ensure we never miss a customer order
* Maintaining hygiene standards as we are a food factory. Full training will be given to work to expected standards
* You will be expected to help your colleagues out when they need support, speak with managers and colleagues about how we can improve things and keep waste to a minimum
