Temp to Perm
Salary; £38500 per annum
Day & Night Shifts 4 on 4 off

Urgently looking for an experienced Commercial Electrician to deliver a highly professional, customer focused service for our FM Provider on a high-profile contract in Manchester.

Duties

• The candidate will need up to date qualifications (18th edition) with at least Level 3 NVQ or Equivalent.
• Commercial experience is favourable.
• Reactive works
• Fault find / carry out repairs / replacement/ upgrade works
• Understand design drawings, electrical circuit diagrams, manufacturers specifications and instructions
• Knowledge of PPM's & reactive repairs of all maintenance equipment
• L8 water tap temp, fire alarm testing etc may be required when necessary.
• Complete relevant paperwork required
• Follow H&S procedures and ensure company standards are met
