Position: ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Consultant

Location: Fully Remote with Occasional Client Visits

Compensation: <£95,000 annually with a 75:25 commission split

Our esteemed ServiceNow consulting and implementation partner is in search of a talented ServiceNow Solution Consultant to collaborate with our sales and marketing teams. As a Solution Consultant, you'll delve deep into understanding our clients' challenges and pain points, leveraging the ServiceNow platform to craft tailored solutions that deliver significant value. Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in qualification, discovery, and scoping activities during sales initiatives
  • Addressing ServiceNow technical queries from clients and internal colleagues
  • Configuring demonstration environments to address client needs and business challenges
  • Delivering impactful ServiceNow demonstrations to clients
  • Sharing best practices and proven solutions to enhance team effectiveness
  • Developing precise solution plans, client proposals, and SOW documentation
  • Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents in alignment with client needs
  • Leading client workshops to gather requirements and translate them into high-value solutions
  • Supporting marketing efforts such as webinars, podcasts, events, and whitepapers
  • Cultivating strong relationships with ServiceNow technical, sales, partner, and education resources

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in pre-sales/solution consulting with SaaS products; ServiceNow familiarity is advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation mediums, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in creating, defining, and refining solution proposals and SOW documentation
  • Experience in addressing detailed and intricate RFPs
  • Proficient in delivering effective, value-driven demonstrations of the ServiceNow platform
  • Solid commercial acumen with a grasp of sales and marketing dynamics
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with strong time management skills

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Prior exposure to ServiceNow platform
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management principles, processes, and best practices, or related toolsets
  • ITIL v3 foundation certification or higher
