I am working with an up-and-coming ServiceNow partner, who can offer you the chance to help define and shape their growth, whilst in return they will support you through training, and long-term career progression. This really is an exciting prospect for an ambitious individual.

The role will see you tasked with liaising with a client, to understand their wants, needs, reasons and restrictions, whilst this isn’t a technical role you will need to offer clear guidance, solutions, and explanations.

As mentioned, this client is ambitious, with big plans for 2023, and while they grow, they want you to grow. This will be offered through mentoring and support with qualifications relevant to the role and your career plans.

In the role you will perform key tasks such as:

• Running workshops to gather requirements.
• Offering guidance and explanations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Liaising with technical team to deliver the needs of the client and to ensure understanding
• Work individually or as part of an Agile scrum team

We are looking for someone with a couple of years’ experience in a similar role, you must have ServiceNow experience, ServiceNow administrator qualification is preferred, as is an understanding of ITIL.
