Service Transition Manager required for an established and well know organisation based in West London

Working on a data related Programme of work, you will ensure Delivery of IT Route To Live a framework.
This assignment is outside of IR35.

Predominantly remote (once/twice per month on site for workshops).

General responsibilities and deliverables:

  • Service Acceptance Criteria
  • High-Level Implementation Approach
  • IT Operations Support Model & Costs Plan
  • IT Runbook
  • Incident Scenario Planning
  • IT Rollout Plan
  • Runbook (where required)
  • Service Desk Engagement Form
  • IT Ops Go/No Go Checklist
  • High-Level Design Reviews and Approvals
