Service Technician Opportunity with a Market Leader in Flow Computing
 
Join our client, the largest and most experienced company specializing in bespoke metering control systems and support for the oil and gas sector. We're searching for a dedicated Service Technician to become a pivotal part of their Malton-based team, providing essential technical and administrative support.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with professionalism in communication.
  • Manage the Maintenance Database with attention to detail, ensuring all support calls and emails are handled efficiently.
  • Conduct system testing and inspections, adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.
 
Ideal Candidate:
  • Self-motivated, with a collaborative spirit and methodical task management.
  • Excellent customer service orientation, with a keen understanding of priority and urgency.
  • Holds a Higher Certificate or has relevant experience in Control Engineering, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Interest in IT/Network Architectures, Software Programming, and Network Security is a plus.
 
We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus a 5% annual bonus.
