The successful candidate will have the ability to organise, coach, motivate and lead a busy and expanding workshop and front of house team whilst providing the very highest levels of customer service every time.
The role will include ensuring departmental profitability, delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets, controlling expenses, recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation, optimising workshop capacity and utilisation, installing and maintaining processes, monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience.
You must have current experience working as a Service Manager within a motor trade franchised dealership environment. You must also hold a full UK driving license.
