Job Title 14588 - Service Manager (Automation)
Location East Midlands
Salary Circa £45,000 per annum + Benefits
This role will manage service department team members, including customer service interactions, reports, and repairs with the intention of providing the highest level of customer service with a sales-minded attitude while developing lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for servicing contracts and their renewals, dealing with complaints quickly and professionally, to own all aspects of repair/upgrade works.
Previous Service Management Experience
Project Management Experience
Strong Customer-Facing Skills
HND or degree qualified in a Mechanical, electrical, mechatronics subject
Experience in electrical and electronic equipment such as PLCs, servo motors etc.
