I am working with a reputable client based in Northampton (NN2) who require a professional Service Desk Coordinator. The position is a permanent role paying up to £24k + Benefits,

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)

The ideal candidate will have experience within a Service Desk role and have been exposed to Planning, Scheduling and Coordinating Engineers across the UK. Must have impeccable IT skills, willing to learn new technology, excellent communication skills to liaise with internal staff members and external clients when needed. It would be advantageous if you have worked as a Service Desk Coordinator / Service Desk Engineer, but this is not essential as full training can be provided for the right person.
