Turnover in 2016 was circa £100,000,000 and the organisation has ambitious growth plans to double in size.
As a national leader within their sector my client offers its expanding customer base a variety of exciting, sector related products and services. Due to organisational growth my client is actively seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team based out of their impressive Dorset offices.
Your new role
Your primary function is to provide both 1st and 2nd level support through managing incoming calls and using the incident management and request fulfilment processes to handle the incidents in line with Service Desk objectives.
You will be required to be provide flexible support within your role, actively troubleshooting and resolving issues associated with software and hardware, for both local and remote customer environments.
You should also be capable of supporting your large customer base in all aspects of IT use and provide an efficient IT Service.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be able to present a strong understanding of the processes which provide a support service within the IT Helpdesk. This includes having experience supporting laptops, desktops and mobile devices and the knowledge to work with Windows Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange 2013 and Office 365.
You must also have a good understanding of supporting network services and be responsible for any network connectivity issues. You should be able to communicate at all levels and work effectively as part of a dynamic team, prioritising workloads and functioning well in a highly pressurised environment.
