RedRock Consulting are on the look-out for Service / Help Desk Analysts to support our client, a successful global financial administration company. The roles will offer a 6-month contract at competitive daily rates. There may be the possibility to subsequently convert to a permanent role.
This role sits within the Access Team, reporting directly in to the Team Leader. You will act as the strategic central point of contact for handling access management issues, including Password resets and Account unlocking.
Skills and Experience Expected
- At least 1-2 years’ working in a similar role with experience of Windows, MS Office and Active Directory.
- Excellent team-working and communication skills, coupled with a great telephone manner.
- The ability to use problem-solving skills.
- A flexible approach.
- The ability to prioritise large volumes of work and maintain a high-quality service whilst working to a Service Level Agreement
