A Service Consultant is required by a leading supplier of assessment and data services to be responsible for organising and delivering a range of operational services and work alongside the Service Delivery Managers. As Service Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Owning the end to end delivery for the service processes required in an examination session
- Supporting the system users by managing the escalation of queries
- Managing daily and weekly quality checks to ensure a consistently high level of service quality
As the ideal Service Consultant, you will have advanced knowledge of MS Office Packages with excellent communication and influencing skills. You will have customer service skills and have an eye for detail.
