Service Charge Accountant

Your new company

This fast-growing property company based in Manchester City Centre is looking for a Service Charge Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

• Implementing service charge budgets and working closely with the property management team
• Calculating service charge billings
• Analysing and reporting variances to budget
• Reconciling tenant recovery of service charges and setting up new service charges
• Reconciling service charge cash flow

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a similar position and within the property sector would be an advantage
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Part Qualified and studying towards CIMA or ACCA
