Are you a Service Advisor looking for the next great opportunity? I am currently working alongside a hugely successful car dealership based in Chester who are hoping to add a motivated, enthusiastic Service Advisor to their team.

They are excellent at retaining staff, largely due to their outstanding remuneration programmes and friendly environment .

Responsibilities - Service Advisor

  • Provide customer care and communicate between the customers and the workshop
  • Inform and consult on vehicle servicing
  • Update customers at every stage of the process
  • Liaise with technicians about vehicle statuses
  • Give advice on products and services

Required Skills - Service Advisor

  • Proven experience working as a Service Advisor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Kerridge would be extremely advantageous
