Due to the continued success of this prestige brand car dealership, a new role has arisen for a Service Advisor to join a market-leading retail group based in Cambridge. This award-winning group continue to build on their reputation for providing first class service to customers and business partners alike and are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Service Advisor to join their team.
As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Accurately recording vehicle details
- Maximising service sales and profitability
- Providing effective day to day workshop administration, from job cards to invoicing
- Giving outstanding customer service
Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently working as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or Aftersales Advisor. We would be very interested in applicants that are currently working in a franchise car dealership and have used the Kerridge Dealer Management System.
You will receive a starting salary of £24 - £26,000 along with competitive on target earnings of up to £32,000.
