Monday - Friday | 37.5 Hours

The Company:

A globally renowned integrator of event technology systems within arenas, football stadiums, and entertainment venues around the world. With over 250 employees spread across multiple locations and big growth plans for the service department, we are now looking for a service administrator with strong customer service skills to join the team.

The Role:

To provide administration support to the service and support team by scheduling the diaries of engineers and acting as a point of contact for clients and supplier returns. This position is likely to evolve into a leadership role managing a team of service administrators as the service team continues to grow.

Key Duties:
  • Manage email inbox, distributing emails to the relevant people.
  • Schedule service and maintenance visits for engineers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients in regards to any service queries.
  • Raise invoices for completed repairs.
  • Liaise with suppliers to arrange external repairs.
  • Cover the office reception where required.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Preferred Qualities and Skills:
  • Previous experience as a service desk administrator within an engineering environment.
In Return:

If successful, you will be rewarded an annual salary of £23,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience. You will also receive annual salary reviews, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and 3.5% pension contributions. In addition to this, you will also be covered by a Medicash health scheme and death in service compensation of 2X your annual salary.
