Working alongside the Service Director you will provide technical admin support for maintenance and repairs contracts to industrial equipment and controls, as well as maintaining a high level of customer service to contracted clients.
Primarily you will be checking and preparing maintenance contract renewals both electronic and traditional hard copy records. These include risk assessments, method statements, materials quotations, service schedules and work instructions.
You will also preparing and sending out repair quotations and invoices complete with detailed costing breakdowns., and liaising regularly with teams of field engineers to chase time sheets and supporting documentation required for costings.
Proven organisational skills and fluent with Word, Outlook and Excel. Related experience in a technical environment is desirable.
