Service Administrator

Our client is seeking someone who will be responsible for 1st line queries from clients and internal teams, manage engineers diaries and forthcoming work within a fast paced environment. You will work closely with the R&D and Sales Department and you will be able to hit the ground running, be highly computer literate and able to work under pressure.

You will create and update spreadsheets, assist with commissioning paperwork and relevant queries, answer incoming calls/emails to the service department and resolve queries if possible. You will enter job information onto the job tracking system and organise engineers diaries.

8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
