On behalf of my established client based in Crewe, I am looking to recruit a Service Desk Administrator.
Working as part of a busy team the successful applicant will be working alongside other members of staff providing support by ensuring customer queries are dealt with efficiently, and information kept up to date. Organising appointments for customers.
Essential skills: Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task. Organised. Motor Industry experience would be a distinct advantage.
This would suit someone with a strong personality who is used to working to deadlines - immediate interviews and start date available!
