Service Administrator

Our world recognised clients, based in Cambridge, are now in the market for a Service Administrator to join their team. The role is varied and will involve :

  • Processing quotes through CRM using a central queue

  • Processing purchase orders and notify Scheduling Coordinators when complete to schedule

  • Creating call backs to clients

  • Ensure invoices are sent to the customer and maintaining invoicing volumes to a reasonable level

  • Ensure service reports are sent to the customer

  • Maintaining CRM and SAP

  • Action engineer notes including liaising with the coordinators where needed to ensue data quality

  • Ensure the coding system is used on confirmations

  • Liaising with Scheduling Coordinators to provide additional support as required for overseas repairs and In House Repairs

  • Releasing Planned maintenances into the system to ensure data quality

  • Ensure data quality is up to date

  • Any other administrative tasks as directed by the Team Leader

  • Managing iBase information resulting from scheduling activities

Our clients would like to attract candidates ideally with :

  • A background in scheduling / engineer coordination
  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and face to face
  • High working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Ideally some knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent organisational skills
