I am representing a global market leader in insurance and household name in the financial services arena offering a comprehensive range of products to a diverse broker panel. Currently in growth mode and looking to undertake further expansion, my client remains focused on quality, with a mission statement aimed at providing the highest standard of service possible to customers.

Assuming a key appointment in the regional Construction underwriting structure, your remit will be focused on underwriting new business spanning a diverse range of risks, including but not limited to EL/PL, CAR, Plant, Computer, Deterioration of Stock and BI. As a senior member of the structure you will also be required to mentor and coach less experienced colleagues, assisting with technical referrals and supporting their development.

Essentially you will come from a specialist Construction, Liability or Commercial Combined underwriting background and possess established relationships across the North West and Yorkshire region. Due to the focus on growth and the broker facing aspects of the role you must be a strong communicator with an ambitious and results focused attitude in order to be successful in this appointment.
