Senior Systems Analyst
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Location: Central London (3 days p/week onsite)

A London Market Insurance Client are looking to hire a Senior Systems Analyst. This hire will be a key business member that will be responsible for managing all applications on a second-line basis, supporting the implementation, development, and maintenance of our systems.

To be considered for this role, applicants MUST have experience working with London Market Insurance clients to be able to understand the policy admin system and industry terminology.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide second-line support for all applications, including the newly implemented DXC PAS system and Azure cloud Data Warehouse (DWH).
* Manage internal and external vendor ticketing systems, overseeing the full lifecycle of changes and upgrades.
* Implement and maintain a robust change control framework to ensure consistency and quality.
* Plan and execute changes, including deployment, while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide insight into proposed initiatives.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and proactively assist in projects and programs of work.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in system support within the insurance sector, preferably on the third job.
* Strong understanding of insurance industry requirements and business processes.
* Experience with DXC PAS system and Azure cloud DWH is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
