Our client is looking for an experienced Sustainability Engineer to join their Building Services Design Consultancy. The firm have been established for over 30 years and work across multiple sectors such as commercial, residential, education, leisure, and many more.

Senior Sustainability Engineer Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Sustainability, Engineering, Energy or similar
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience using IESVE software
  • Brilliant communication skills and attention to detail
  • Low Carbon Consultant & Non-Domestic Low Carbon Energy Assessor qualifications
  • Understanding of Building Services
  • NABERS and BREEAM Qualifications (Desirable)

Senior Sustainability Engineer Duties:

  • Complete thermal comfort models
  • Assist with Sustainability & Energy statements
  • Support junior member of the team
  • Deliver non-domestic EPCs for lodgement to Government's portal
  • Produce TM52 overheating calculations and HVAC calculations for TM54 assessments
  • Complete energy statements for planning submission
  • Support with heating and cooling calculations
