This is the exciting opportunity to join a leading multidisciplined consultancy who provide highly technical services to sustainability within the built environment. They are looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant who is looking to progress to Principal in their offices in London.
Role responsibilities include:
- Delivery of BREEAM from feasibility work and planning support through to certification
- Work alongside colleagues whilst taking the lead on BREEAM and sustainability related projects
- Produce concepts, reports, and present this to clients
- Deliver sustainable and low-carbon design solutions to meet quality standards and deadlines
- The role will offer opportunities to work with energy modelling and LCA's as well
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a Sustainability Consultancy role that is related to the built environment
- Educational background within a Sustainability or Environmental field
- Experience with delivering BREEAM assessments from project conception to completion
- Ideally have a BREEAM Assessor qualification such as BREEAM AP
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full UK driving license
