We are currently working in collaboration with a leading national tier one utility provider. The role will involve working as a key part of the streetwork management team.

As Senior Streetworks Analyst, this position offers excellent long-term career growth potential along with extensive training.

Salary to £48k | Stakeholder Pension | Life Assurance | 25 Days Holiday

Key Essentials:

* As Senior Streetworks Analyst you will be responsible for analysing information to ensure compliance with NRSWA and TMA across multiple utility contracts

* You will be responsible for investigating, managing and disputing charges that have been received by highway authorities regarding issues including defects, overruns and FPN’s

* Providing regular reports of charges with in-depth corelating information to assist with challenging / accepting fines

* Responsible for providing timely payment of accepted charges

* Monitoring and reporting on performance within the department

* Ensure that strategic improvements are made throughout the contract ensuring client satisfaction

* Regularly attend meeting with Local Authorities, helping to establish and maintain a strong relationship

* Additional duties include assisting with compliant streetwork scheduling and permitting

* Standing in for the manager as and when required

Requirements:

* It is essential that you have had previous experience as a Streetworks Analyst in a fast-paced utility environment

* Excellent knowledge of streetwork permitting systems, NRSWA legislation and the TMA

* It is essential that you have excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office packages
