A passion for cooking, exceptional service standards with a great attention to detail, together with stable background of Michelin or fine dining as well as a deep knowledge of French cuisine.
The successful applicant will be responsible for finances, stock control, recruitment, training, health and safety and general kitchen management. They must be able to use seasonal produce to create a menu with daily and weekly changes keeping to financial targets.
Located in Mayfair.
