Senior SIPP and Tax Wrapper Administrator
Reed Financial Services are representing with an award-winning Investment & Financial Planning firm with locations across Central & Southeast England. Currently hiring for a Senior SIPP and Tax Wrapper Administrator, paying up to £28k per annum, with the following duties and expectations:
Key Accountabilities:
The creation and maintenance of data for all new and existing SIPP clients
Transfers in and out of SIPP accounts in a timely manner
Maintaining the internet banking system as necessary
The creation and maintenance of all clients in drawdown including the payment of client's SIPP income
Authorise journals and quality check Administrator's output
Respond to Tax Wrapper related queries in a timely manner
Providing support to the Wealth Planning and Investment Management business areas on all aspects of Tax Wrapper administration
Deal with some of the more complicated Tax Wrapper transfer cases to ensure they are correctly processed.

Candidate Profile:
Previous office experience
Previous payroll experience
Previous experience of pensions administration
Any Pension-related professional qualifications are advantageous e.g. Award in Financial Administration or Certificate in Financial Services
Will possess a client focus and concern for quality
Will be an effective communicator
Will have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
A diligent worker with a high level of attention to detail
