A leading financial organisation are looking to hire a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst, who will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support for all IT related issues.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience with 2nd line (3rd line would be desirable)
  • Knowledge of O365
  • Knowledge of Azure technology stack
  • Ticket management system experience i.e. ServiceNow, ITSM
  • A vast amount of experience with SCCM & Intune
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
