Our client is a market leading independent Estate Agent offering both Sales, Lettings and New Homes services. They pride themselves on offering the very best customer service to their clients on their property journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a fully established Sales Negotiator looking for a step up into a Senior Sales Negotiator role. This is a great opportunity for someone to also get involved with New Homes side of the business.

You must hold a fullUK driving licence and be a car owner.

Salary package and benefits for the Senior Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Basic £22,000
  • OTE £40,000 - £50,000
  • Car Allowance £1,800

The skills needed for this Senior Sales Negotiator position will include:

  • Must have experience either as a Senior Sales Negotiator or experience as a Sales Negotiator within the Property Industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the sales process within property.
  • Target driven.
  • Well spoken and presented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
  • Be able to work well within a team.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.

The role of the Senior Sales Negotiator will entail:

  • Meeting with clients
  • Assessing buyers & Sellers particular needs
  • Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients following sales
  • Promoting properties via different mediums
  • Over achieve targets
