Our client is a leading boutique Independent Residential Estate Agency, making industry experience a vital aspect of this role. Senior sales negotiator required for the Finchley, North London office. Offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals aiming to advance their successful career within an award-winning estate agency.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating enduring client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service.
  • Conducting sales valuations and overseeing the organization and execution of viewings.
  • Daily canvassing to amplify outreach efforts.
  • Negotiating deals, liaising with applicants and clients with guidance from the line manager.
  • Proficiency in polite, confident telephone communication and effective details conveyance.
  • Active participation in pertinent training courses to enhance knowledge and elevate performance.
  • Efficient time management to maximize appointment and activity levels.
  • Scheduling photographer appointments for property photos and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
  • A proven track record of meeting and surpassing targets is indispensable.
