We are hiring for a Senior Lettings Consultant & a Lettings Consultant.

We are looking for passionate, experienced, and motivated individuals with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask. £18000-£22000 OTE £50000-£70000

Must haves:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years Sales experience
  • Previous experience at an Estate Agency
  • Excellent organisational and decision making skills.
  • A confident and professional telephone manner with a high level of attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conducting viewings with prospective tenants
  • Organising client details and paperwork, plus updating and maintaining the database
  • Carrying out all administrative duties relating to Lettings Progression, such as referencing
  • Liaise with all parties concerned on a regular basis, including tenants, landlords and ensure timely move-ins.
