An excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join a successful Software company in the investment banking industry . They have been in production across Tier 1 banks since 2014 with a focus on performance, flexibility and scale. The companys platform allows developers to quickly build customised business critical web solutions with a focus on workflows, real-time visualisations and data discovery without limitations.

The companys clients include Morgan Stanley, Citi, Barclays, Bank of America, Coinbase, Wafra, Balyasny, Quantbot and Verition.

Role Description

We are hiring a charismatic and driven Sales Executive /New Business Hunter to kick-start our European sales operations. The successful candidate is responsible for identifying, qualifying and prospecting business opportunities. The candidate will be a hands-on, creative thinker, who is comfortable working with minimum supervision yet able to work effectively with a team of colleagues at all levels. This is not an Account Manager role it i very much focused on New Business Hunter Sales from the ground up. It is essential that you have the required experience below otherwise you will not be considered for this position .

Responsibilities

  • Leading European sales and marketing activities
  • Meet and exceed Sales Targets
  • Manage the entire sales process for identified prospects, from initial contact through closure
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers to gather and understand requirements, prepare demos, organise follow-ups, etc.
  • Development and support of account planning, understand client strategy and coordinate relationships between 3forge management and accounts
  • Work closely with Marketing to produce sales collateral required for the target market
  • Working with a global team across regions

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Software vendor sales / Consultative sales
  • Existing network within Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks and hedge funds in UK or across EMEA
  • General consultative approach, able to manage complex IT installations
  • Specific working knowledge of electronic trading or electronic execution. Sales experience within trading, E/OMS, back & middle office, risk and compliance
  • Tenacious and result driven mindset
  • Excellent customer service, listening and negotiation skills
  • Strong collaboration/teamwork skills
  • Strong mathematical/statistical skills, software engineering or business school

Salary Range 90,000 - 110,000 + Bonus
