Salary - £28,000 - £33,000 (this includes all sleep in payments and weekend uplifts)

Working Hours- 40 hours per week and average 2 sleep ins per week, occasional waking nights to meet the needs of the children/young people.

Parkwood Care are looking for experienced Senior Residential support workers. We are a recently established company at on an exciting journey.

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic forward-thinking people to join our team. We are a growing company who will invest in our staff to progress in their careers, we recognise and reward hard work and commitment to making a positive difference to the lives of children and young people.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day care for our young people in a 3 bed Children’s home for children and young people with SEMH (Social and Emotional Mental Health) difficulties from age 9 years old to 17 years old.

We offer a unique programme of care that focuses on repatriation of young people to the area they come from, with clear transitions plans from; rehabilitation home to birth family, step across to foster care or transition to independent living.

Our offer includes transition properties for young people from 16years old through to 21 years old in a tenancy with Parkwood Care.

We are passionate about supporting young people right through to adulthood, with adults they know and trust, have established relationships with. Ensuring continuity of care and relationships that are reflective of family.
