SRG is working with a global materials manufacturer, who make niche high-spec materials for use in various applications and industries. Based in the West Yorkshire area, they have recently started hiring for a new regulatory specialist to join their quality team. This job would suit someone with a strong background in REACH and IUCLID software. The successful applicant for this role will manage all regulatory work, as well as coordinating and maintaining compliance documentation for the quality department.

25 days holiday + bank holidays. 37 hours per week. Opportunity for international travel

Role Description

• Coordinating regulatory activities across regulations like UK-REACH, EU-REACH, CLP, GHS
• Supporting teams in the UK and USA with dossier submissions
• Using software such as IUCLID, Microsoft excel and CDX
• Auditing business processes
• Managing projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring budgets are and deadlines are met

Requirements

• Experience in a previous regulatory role working with UK and EU REACH (ideally more than 5 years)
• Degree in chemistry, toxicology or a related field
• Based locally in Manchester or willing to commute
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Full right to work in the UK.
