Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Creative sector | Harmonic Finance | B Corp Certified

Join the Harmonic team! Following a flying start to 2024, we are excited to announce a new role within our rapidly growing team.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be integral in supporting some of the most innovative and exciting businesses across the UK. You will be collaborating with professionals who are responsible for shaping some of the biggest advertising agencies in the UK!

We offer unrivalled career progression - with colleagues having the opportunity to become a leader or manager in as little as 18 months. First year earnings are c.£100-120k significantly rising each year but with an uncapped commission structure, you can far exceed these.

As well as great commercial potential, we are also incredibly proud of our culture. Based in the centre of Ancoats, Harmonic Manchester recruits for Client Services and Finance professionals. We are a values-led recruitment agency with an inclusive and non-corporate culture who achieved B Corp Certification in 2022 (other B Corp brands include the likes of any Aesop, Finisterre, and Patagonia)! We get together for regular socials. Currently, we've been exploring Manchester's food scene (Rigatoni's, Ciao! etc) and going to ChaosKarts! Roles + Responsibilities:

  • Enhance your skills through our excellent development programme and climb our clear career pathway.
  • Manage the 360-recruitment process confidently and build relationships with business leaders from some of the UK's most exciting and fastest-growing sectors.
  • Write and co-ordinate the design of bespoke marketing materials for your marketplace.
  • Produce and oversee the creation of industry insights for the start-up and recruitment market that clients can use to support their structural and growth strategy.
  • Embody our Company Values.

The Essentials:

  • At least 12 months recruitment experience.
  • An appreciation and sharing of our values.
  • Desire to do Business Development.
