Salary - £52,000-62,000 + bonus scheme

Monday-Friday (37.5 per week)

Shift Pattern: 9am - 5:30pm

Every day you will…

  • Directly, and through the 360 account management team, lead the generation of new recruitment business across the UK NHS, local authority and private sector
  • Implement the sales strategy, ensuring communication processes are established to deliver targeted sales communication to our customer network. Develop sales materials with the support of the director and marketing
  • Identify potential stakeholders and key decision makers, building strong rapport/relationships with them 

  • Directly lead or support the most valuable account relationships for the business, ensuring the company deliverables against all of its recruitment priorities and
    performance is maintained at all times
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure service level agreements and operational level agreements are met, and to support with any escalation of problems

What will help you succeed in this role?

  • Previous experience in managing a recruitment team- healthcare or nursing experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience is a volume-based recruitment sector
  • The ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
  • Experience with securing multiple vacancy recruitment projects
