Our client is a medium-sized main contractor based in London, who operates in both the residential, commercial and mixed-use areas of new build construction.

Your new role
Due to an extremely busy work schedule, the client is looking for an experienced quantity surveyor to join their team to help complete a mixed-used flagship residential project in London on behalf of a housing association as well as a range of other projects around London. The Senior Quantity Surveyor role will be working alongside the existing Quantity Surveying team and reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for a candidate who is degree-educated and has experience of completing multimillion pound residential projects. You will possess experience of dealing with contractors' invoices and paying contractors, agreeing variations to stay in budget and completing detailed CVRs.

What you'll get in return
A salary band of £70k to £90k + car or travel allowance.
