Exciting Opportunity for Senior Quantity Surveyor in Southamtpon area.

Join our clients dynamic team as a Senior Surveyor and take a pivotal role in our clients business on a technically challenging projects. As the Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pre and post-contract strategies, managing commercial functions and overseeing contract reporting for a Tier 1 national construction company. Working on projects in excess of £50m+

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project commercial team, ensuring compliance with all contract obligations
  • Oversee Procurement, Sub-contract orders, Managing Supply Chain, Measurements and Valuations, Contractual Notices, and Valuing Change
  • Prepare and submit monthly cost reports, procurement strategy updates, and progress reports
  • Develop and implement internal and external tender stage and delivery strategies
  • Agree on external valuations upstream/downstream to maintain positive project cash flow
  • Produce and agree on main and subcontract final accounts
